“Un-Losing You In Caregiving”
Monthly Caregiver Coaching Group
Your heart moves you to care, that’s the easy part. Then quickly things get complicated as you then have to determine the HOW. Yes, caregiving is an honorable thing to do, but it is often more physically and emotionally challenging than you ever thought, and then enters the stress. Learn how to define caregiving for your life. How do you support the needs of your loved one without putting your entire life on the back burner? There is a way to be a caregiver and still stay connected to other important relationships and needs in your life. Join the “Un-Losing You In Caregiving” caregiver coaching group, a safe place to share your concerns and be equipped with tools and strategies that can help you to identify your role as a family caregiver and can help you to tailor a caregiving plan that allows you to take care of your needs while also addressing the needs of your loved one.
